How it Works
Initial Discovery Call
After completing a new client intake form, we will spend approximately one hour together for a complimentary initial discovery meeting. This can include your partner as well. We’ll review your intake form responses and discusses your wishes for your birth and/or postpartum experience.
Prenatal Visits (For Birth Clients)
Once you decide to move forward with me as your doula, we will schedule our prenatal visits and discuss agendas for each of those visits. This will include things such as birth plan creation, educational topics, referrals, other Q&A as desired.
The Birth (For Birth Clients)
When it’s time, we will communicate by phone and make arrangements when to head to the hospital or birth center. I’ll meet you there and stay with you and your partner until after the baby arrives.
Postpartum Care
If you are a postpartum only client, after we review your intake form we will decide on the schedule and frequency for my in home visits. The schedule will begin after you give birth and follow our agreed upon cadence. For birth clients, once you arrive home with baby we will schedule our postpartum follow up visits.
